1. Use of the App

Swipe2Clear is intended for personal, non-commercial use to help individuals organize and clean their photo galleries on supported mobile devices.

By using the app, you agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its related systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app or any portion of it
• Use the app in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it
• Attempt to circumvent any security features of the app

2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for carefully reviewing photos before confirming any deletion action, maintaining your own backups, and all actions taken within the app, including irreversible deletions.

Swipe2Clear is not responsible for any photos or files deleted as a result of your actions within the app. Photo deletion is permanent once confirmed.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, user interface elements, and underlying software of Swipe2Clear are owned by Swipe2Clear or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended personal purpose. No other rights are granted.

4. App Availability and Updates

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the app at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspension, or discontinuation.

We may release updates to the app from time to time. Depending on the update, you may be required to accept new Terms to continue using the app.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Swipe2Clear is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Swipe2Clear, its developers, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for loss of data, accidental deletion, indirect damages, device issues, or loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Privacy

Your use of Swipe2Clear is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Swipe2Clear operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
